Yes, our Large and XL tackle bag sizes accommodate 3700 series tackle trays. The Small and Medium sizes only fit the smaller 3600 size trays.
Here is exactly how many 3700 trays each size can hold:
Large Bag: Holds up to (8) 3700 tackle trays (it can also hold an additional 4 of the 3600 trays).
XL Bag: Holds up to (12) 3700 tackle trays (it can also hold an additional 5 of the 3600 trays).

Capacity: The main compartment is designed to hold up to two (2) tackle boxes.
Box Size: It is perfectly sized for 3600-size tackle trays (also commonly referred to as "Medium" utility boxes).
This compact size is a fan favorite for "pond hopping" or light travel when you want to stay mobile without carrying a bulky bag. If you find you need a bit more room, our Medium version holds two 3600 boxes with extra room for gear, and the Large version can accommodate up to four 3600-size boxes.

Does the backpack come with the tackle box’s in the bag
No, they do not.
I am looking at your Large 2in1 sling backpack. And I am also looking at getting new tackle trays. That said, I whatever trays I end up getting, I'd like to keep them the same size. With that in mind, I would like to know how many 3700 sized trays can fit in the main compartment comfortably? And same question but for the 3600 sized trays?

What is the intended purpose of the big buckle? The double plastic loops above the pliers holder?
You can roll up a shirt and tuck it under there- or a hat.... just an extra spot to slip something in quickly if needed.
