The tray dividers lock in great and hold everything tight. I strongly recommend this tray. I bought 2 and want more.
So I really like the tackle boxes. I just have to say that if you’re lifting them out of the small bag in the horizontal position you have to be careful not to open the latch.

Bought mine off of Amazon and they are great. They fit perfectly in my center console built in tankless storage area. Great product. Haven’t had any issues with tackle rusting since using them. They really seem to seal well.

These are great. One of the best things is that the top is separate from the clasp so you can open the top without bringing the clasp with it.

The box is not 100% waterproof. A simple fall into the lake was all it took to get water inside. It does float but don't except to fill the box full of jigs or sinkers and still have it float. 3lbs of contents is about the limit or it will sink like a rock. The latch doesn't close very tightly and is easy to accidentally open when removing boxes from a tackle bag. The ample supply of dividers is nice alone with the holes to allow air flow between sections. They keep jigs separated in their compartments better than most basic tackle boxes but the hooks still hang up on top the dividers if stored on it's side or upside down. With the issues this box has it should be half the asking price.
Seriously. This one is better than all the others . The latch is very strong and the dimensions are perfect . They fit snugly in the Reaction Tackle bags without being so snug that you can’t pull the trays out like one of the other tray choices.
