📦 Start a Return
The fastest way to start a return is through our online portal:
You'll get a return label and instructions in minutes. If you'd rather email us first, reach out to info@reactiontackle.com with your order number and we'll help you from there.
🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
✅ What Can Be Returned
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number works)
💸 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item? We cover return shipping. Just let us know.
- Changed your mind? Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, email us at info@reactiontackle.com and we'll track it down.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item: return the original through our portal, then place a new order for what you actually wanted. You'll get the new item shipped immediately rather than waiting for an exchange to process.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away at info@reactiontackle.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
🌍 European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, no justification needed. Contact us at info@reactiontackle.com to start an EU return.
