We ship fast from our warehouse in Big Bend, Wisconsin — every order ships within one business day. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

📦 Processing Time

We ship every order the next business day after it's placed. Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday.

During peak fishing season or major sales, processing may take an extra day. We'll always do our best to get your gear out the door fast.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and Global Post Plus for international shipments. The carrier used depends on the order size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on US orders over $50
• Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50 — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Expedited shipping available for an additional cost if you need it faster
• International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination

🕒 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipping (not including the next-business-day processing time):

• USPS / UPS / FedEx Ground (US): 1–5 business days
• Expedited shipping (US): 1–3 business days
• International (Global Post Plus): 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally via Global Post Plus to the following countries:

• 🇨🇦 Canada
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
• 🇪🇺 European Union countries
• 🇦🇺 Australia

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Most international orders deliver within 5–10 business days, but customs delays can extend this. We do not control how long international shipments take to clear customs.

📦 Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see the email within 24 hours of your order shipping, check your spam folder or email us at info@reactiontackle.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package:

• Check with neighbors and household members
• Look around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots
• Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get marked delivered before they actually arrive
• Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If you've done all of the above and the package is still missing, email us at info@reactiontackle.com and we'll help where we can. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.

Want to pick up your order in person? Place your order online and select local pickup at checkout if available, or contact us to arrange. Pickup is available during business hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central, at our Big Bend, WI warehouse.
