I like the flourescent Green line for visibilty

The thick ice hasn't started to form on our lakes yet; we only have a skim of ice, not enough even to walk on. But when it does, I'll be using this line. I've tried it out on some other reels I have, and seems to have the strength I'm going to need when it rubs up against the ice. I like the visibility when it's out of the water, and while it's in the water it doesn't seem to be as bright. This will work well when I'm fishing at night or in the daytime.

Nice, slightly stiff monofilament

Perfect for the body of hand tied fly leaders (not tippet), could serve well on a casting reel too.

Easy to see, spooled up smoothly

I just put this on a new reel and am really just waiting for the lake to freeze to test it. While playing with it before and after spooling it up it looks and feels goods and the strength feels like it should at room temp, will have to wait and see how it act when it is cold.

I use this fishing line to connect my balloon garlands. It works great, is sturdy and does not cut into my hands when wrapping or tying.

Nice value ice fishing line

Nice line for the price. It compares it to some of the name brand lines in my opinion. It’s very supple and holds knots well.

Shows up nicely!

So I got this for gridding my cross-stitch fabric. The color is nice and bright, so it shows up against the fabric. It glides in and out easily. This is going to be a great tool for my crafting!

Great Mono Fishing Line

In Minnesota, the winters are long, cold, and dark. One of the things that we do to ensure we stay active and sane is to ice fish! This monofilament ice fishing line is excellent.We typically fish for sunfish, and one of the best parts of our lake is that it's incredibly clear, and we need clear monofilament to feel every little bite to ensure we can set the hook.The quality is excellent—the fishing line spooled on my reel easily and quickly. I'm impressed with the knot strength. I used a Palomar knot, which didn't slip one bit with this line. My hook is secured. I recommend this line to anyone looking for a great value this ice fishing season.

Ordered this for hanging decorations

I ordered this to use for hanging decorations so they would appear invisible. This is sturdy line and easy to maneuver with my carpal tunnel hands.

Nice Fishing Line

This is nice fishing line. I bought my husband it so he could re-string his ice fishing rod and he said that the line was nice and he's been fishing for over 20 years.

This stuff is much thinner than any 4lb I am used to.

Its 4lb test and super clear. Was a bit difficult to tie onto my reel but once spooled up it flies through the guides on my rod

Just as strong as many other brands I have tried. Pleasantly surprised.

First of all, I expect a lot out of my fishing line, so was skeptical of 1000 yds of line for a price point of 9.99. After breaking it a few times by hand I feel it is just as strong as many other brands I have tried. I spooled it up on a favorite spinning ice reel and was pleasantly surprised. When done it wasn’t twisted in loops from coming off the supply spool. I noticed how straight and supple it was while tying on my duo clip. I will update after going fishing a few times with it.Update: I have fished 4 times with this line on my favorite ice rod and spinning reel. I caught some crappie up to 12” and white bass up to 14”. I have been able to lift these fish with the rod and did not break off any line. It seems to not coil very much and when I pull on it, the line stays straight. I feel it is as good as any line I have tried. I like this line.

Quality line at a decent price

If you need some fishing line or just some monofilament for a project this will fit the bill. On par with other line I have purchased in the past so if you need some and don’t want to make the drive to the store, may as well pickup here.

Perfect Line

Everything Reaction Tackle makes is wonderful in regards to quality, performance, and price. It's no surprise to me that this ice line is just as great! I've put it on a few of my ice rods already as well as some open water rods. I went with the bright orange 3lb test. The casting distance on this is SUPERB. Picked up easily an extra 15-30' each cast. Sensitivity is very good as well. Had no problem detecting those light light light fall crappie bites. The line also came off the spool very easily while vertical jigging. Can't wait to get it on the ice this winter. Best part? 1000yds for $10? A++
