#L050DE57M this order was refunded for some reason. I was expecting to receive it on the 13th. I happen to look at my bank account and seen the amount taken out 20.98 then credited back

Hi,

We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience with your order.

When an order is refunded immediately after being placed, it is typically due to an unexpected stock issue or a system verification check that prevented the order from being processed and shipped. Because the item could not be fulfilled, the initial charge of $20.98 was automatically reversed and credited back to your account.

If you would still like to receive this item, please reorder directly on our website.
